The RemoX ESS, RemoX Employee Self-Service, is a client side app that enables the employees registered in the RemoX HR system to access ESS service. Through the application, the organization allows the employee to carry out some operations and submit requests related to the human resources system. Note that all operations and requests carried out by the employee require the approval of the administration. Through the application, the employee can do the following:

• Recording attendance and leave clocking in the HR Timesheet system by the application using fingerprint or face identification instead of using fixed fingerprint devices in the company.
• View his/her HR timesheet history.
• Request HR permissions for different types defined in the system
• Request leave request of various types defined in the system
• Loan request
• General use request form
• Follow up on the status of his/her requests and view the status of all previous requests.
• The employee is notified through the application of the activities on the requests sent, such as approval, rejection, etc.

  To use the app you must:

• Your organization must have an active subscription for the RemoX.net platform  / HR System.
• Your organization must register you in the HR employee self-service system ESS and provides you with a username and password that enables you to use the service.
• Your organization must register your mobile device ID in HR System to allow you to access the service from a specific device. Or send a special code that allows your device to be identified automatically.

The information collected is stored only in the system of the organization you work for in RemoX.net platform, and no third party is allowed to view it except within the limits permitted by the organization you work for.

 Information Collection and Use Policy

The RemoX.net platform receives or collects certain information to provide, operate, improve, understand, customize and support our Services, including when you install, access or use our Services.
The types of information we receive or collect depend on how you use our Services. Hence, we require certain information to provide our services, without it we would not be able to provide our services to you. For example, such as the login data for the service.
Our services include optional features. If you use them, it will require us to collect additional information to provide these features to you. You will be notified of this group as necessary. If you choose not to provide the information required to use a particular feature, you will not be able to use that feature. For example, you cannot use the attend/leave timesheet clocking service if you do not allow us to collect your location data from your device.
Permissions can be managed through your device's Settings menu to allow/disallow the permissions.

Information collected:

Location Information. We collect and use precise location information from your device with your permission when you choose to use the Service (check-in and check-out).

Device and connection information. We collect device and connection information when you install, access or use our Services. This includes information such as device model, operating system information, application version, language, time zone, and IP address

Usage information and performance logs. We collect information about your activity on our Services, such as service-related, diagnostic, and performance information.

Security

The information is sent over an encrypted and secure communication channel.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to check this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and will prompt you to agree to any changes to it.
